Hailing from Sicily, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Corinto Nero 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards alberelli at 350 metres above sea level on vulcanic soils rich in sand. Organic farming. Vinification: alcoholic spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels with skin maceration for 10 days and malolactic fermentation in 500 l barrels.
