'Clairet' Ottin

This Valle d'Aosta DOC captures the distinctive personality of Valle d'Aosta terroir. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Nebbiolo 90%, Neyret 10% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines on sandy soils at 700 meters above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel followed by cold pre-fermentation maceration. The wine is aged 24 months in oak tonneaux and 12 months in bottle. A wine true to the rare, mountain-driven character of Valle d'Aosta wines.
