The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a calcareous soil from Contrada Bellusa in Salemi. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks. The wine is aged 5 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine showing the island's unique volcanic terroir and Mediterranean influence.
