Crafted from Glera 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on the hills of Cartizze, between 200 and 300 m. above sea level, on the ground moraine, sandstone and clay. Vinification: soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature with selected yeasts. The wine is aged for three months on the lees in stainless steel.
