This Valle d'Aosta DOC captures the distinctive personality of Valle d'Aosta terroir. At 12% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from Prié Blanc 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on clayey and calcareous soils located in the premier cru Vaillons. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel. The wine is aged 9 months in steel.
