Crafted from Barbera 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards between 15 and 50 years old, at 300 metres above sea level on soils rich in white marls. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats at 25-26°. The wine is aged 12 months in steel vats and in oak Slavonian casks of 30-50 hl. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
