Crafted from Cannonau 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 250 of altitude on clay and limestone soil. Vinification: grapes drying under the sun for 15-20 days, alcoholic fermentation in red interrupted by lowering of temperature and fortification process. The wine is aged 10 years in very old big oak barrels. A wine reflecting the island's ancient indigenous grape heritage.
