Crafted from Sangiovese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It shows a delicate pale hue with fresh red-berry aromas and a crisp finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located at 300 m above sea level on sedimentary soils, with the presence of marine fossils, pebbles and limestone agglomerates. Vinification: manual harvesting and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged a few months in steel tanks. A wine true to Umbria's centuries-old winemaking heritage.
