Crafted from Sangiovese, Malvasia Nera, Canaiolo, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards clones from 60 years old vines on clay, silt and limestone soils grown in Biodynamic. Vinification: alcoholic spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeast in steel vats without adding suphites and without filtration and clarification before bottling. The wine is aged few months in used oak barrels and 6 months in bottle. A wine capturing the sun-drenched hills of Tuscany in every glass.
