Crafted from Albana 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 400 meters above sea level from the "Roversano" vineyard facing south-east on sandy and calcareous soils, with tuffaceous veins. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel. The wine is aged 12 monhts in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the region's deep-rooted culinary wine traditions.
